4 RV Friendly Bathroom Upgrades

After spending time in your coach, you find out really quickly that there are some major design flaws and a lack of storage space in RVs. I have put in hours of research and went through a bunch of trial and error to see what the best products and hacks are helpful to improve our time in our unit and make RV living so much easier. Retractable Clothesline

Having a retractable clothesline hung at the top of our shower has been so convenient! Ever hang your clothes to dry outside and wake up to find that the campsite sprinklers have run? Or for us here in the Pacific Northwest there have been so many days while out camping when it is either rainy or windy and drying clothes outside is not an option. Weighted Shower Curtain Magnets

These weighted curtain magnets have made a great addition to our shower curtain! Whenever we turn on the fan in the bathroom the shower curtain used to blow right out of the shower and allow water to get onto the floor. With these weights we are able to run our fan while in the shower, reducing the moisture buildup in the bathroom while also keeping our curtain in place. Over Cabinet Door Towel Holder

Most RVs do not come with many hooks for towels. This lack is especially felt in smaller units where space is limited. These over the door towel holders keep your hand towels off the counters and easily accessible. They also help to allow the towels to dry more quickly because they don't have to be bunched up or crumpled on a counter. Over the Door Hooks

Alright these are conceptually the same thing, over door hooks to hang towels to dry. I have found

that we use these hooks all over in our travel trailer to hold anything from towels to hats and purses to keep them off the limited surfaces in our unit. While we have quite a few more interior doors than other units in our 2022 Cherokee Bunkhouse (we have 4 interior doors!) I definitely feel like these are a must-have in any unit!
